Our top story tonight comes from the port city of Le Harve, where The Grand Prix de Sailing is beginning. For six days, teams sail from Le Harve to Rotterdam, and back again for the prize of 1,000,000 Nova Francs. As the event goes on, we will bring you more reports on the event.

Turning towards economic news, gas company Royal Canton Shell has just released its quarterly earnings, and reports show a 10% increase in profits compared to last quarter. Experts are quick to point out that this may be attributed to the opening of two new oil derricks. Meanwhile, electronics firm Philips has maintained a no growth no decline period this quarter, which may signify that the company is beginning to improve.

Head coach Igor Drazvin was relatively pleased with his team winning, and has already begun preparing the team for next year's event.

In local news, a massive fireworks display occured yesterday in Paris. Onlookers from the Champs Elysses reported that for three hours, fireworks of all shapes and sizes erupted.

Finally, in business, Godiva Chocolatier will be releasing a new s'mores treat next week. The CEO has said this will cater to the youth of the nation.
