I would suggest a minor adjustment to this rule. As I understand it, 12 million people entitles the player to one plot of land, as well as 1.8 billion people. I think that is not appropriate. My suggesion is:

less than 1 billion = 1 plot
over 1 billion = 1 plot + 1 plot of per each billion people a nation has.

This would balance out the enormous inequality between old nations and new ones.

I've been pretty busy and haven't had the time to attend to this. I'll try to update the map sometime this week.

@TechnoUnion, that's how it's supposed to be; the way that the rule is worded is a bit too vague. I'll update it.

With that in mind my pop of 6 Billion would give me 7 plots, and I would now like to claim plot 89 as well, the giant plot across from the Mido Channel and the rest of my 'main section' nation.

i would like to claim 2, 6, 7, 8, and 9. would like the color red with my flag. my capital city is between island 2 and 7 and 8. yes in the middle in the water. the capital is Rapture. i would like states of Prussia (plot 6), Ylore (plot 7), Bravaria (plot , Navarrene (plot 9), Island of the Astronomican (plot 2) with rivers and roads and stuff

I would like 216 and 217 with my population of 1.06 billion, please!

Our capital is Amina, located at the outlet of Lake Pericles (the big lake in 217).

Major cities include Port Caravel, at the mouth of the river that runs from Lake Pericles to Great Bay, and Victory, about halfway down the river that enters the south of the lake in 216.

I'll get back to you with the Prefectures of Baba Yetu, but for now, I just wanted to stake my claim.

1: Baba
2: Amina
3: Uliye
4: Mbinguni
5: Yetu

The star is our capital Amina, and the dots are our major cities (Port Caravel and Victory).

Sorry it's drawn so poorly, it's MS Paint on a touchpad. But it gets the main idea across!

since i am now at 4 bil, could someone tack either 113 or 2 onto New Sckar... i really dont care witch. flip a coin or just be creative... That would be awesome thanx.
