OOC: The Borderlands

This is the OOC Thread for the IC Thread "Battle of The Borderlands".
I have created this thread to introduce the Militant group known as The Resistance, and led by Rudi Redelinghuys to the rest of the RP'ers within Hyrule.

I do not need anyone else to RP I suppose, however it will only help people get more practice and get more people involved.

With that being said, I can use someone to RP as:

A. Rudi Redelinghuys-the leader of The Resistance. You will need to PM me a lot about what will be going on, and will need to stay active throughout the thread.

B. People in The Resistance, giving a soldiers view of everything, their morale, their opinions of killing women and children ect. ect.

C. Civilians within the Kingdom in the different villages. You will not be the same person throughout the thread. You will change from person to person as Rudi changes from Village to Village.

D. Soldiers within The Elephant Army, fighting under General Simba Lusala (who I will be RPing). You will give their views on what is happening, their morale, their feelings ect ect.

E. If you can think of anything else that you want to RP, please post the interest here and I will let you know if it will be needed.


Please post your interest below-It will be on a first come first serve basis for parts, unless I feel someone else will be better for the job.

Could I be the Rudi Redelinghuys guy? I am a pretty active RP'er, so I could stay on top of things.

CR is an army soldier for which side? Did you want to do both?

Durandal, I dont know if thats needed...Since this is "IC" in my country, it wouldn't be too realistic to have a Merc force running around if that makes sense. Maybe you can have a town police force that defeated an attack from Rudi Redelinghuys and is helping, as a side force, the contigent of The Elephant Army.

Is there anyone else out there, old or new, good or bad, happy or sad that would like to have a part in this??? -We can use it

Perhaps a town sheriff/self-appointed mayor that doesn't like any of the fighting and hates both sides. He just wants both armies to leave his town alone.

Sure...Ill roll with that. It will provide an interesting scenario at least

Sure...the only issue with that, is once we go through whateve town you want your shop owner to be, in your role is pretty much killed, unless you want to be taken prisoner, or be left behind and saved by the elephant army or something like that to keep you going.

Go ahead and hop in whenever you feel a good oportunity presents itself
