Not much is known about these outcasts. What is known is that they were originally formed from a band of 8 like-minded people who became disillusioned with life in Hyrule. Contacting Hyrule's Russian allies to the north, who were secretly disillusioned with the region, they began to amass soldiers and weapons in the mountainous regions on Hyrule's borders. Confirmed sightings of White Dawn members have so far only come from the UK of Great ACL, on the Russian border far to the north, but any other information about sightings would be appreciated by this committee.
Unfortunately, we don't know anything else. We are in the process of setting up a joint force to explore the mountains of Hyrule and find out more about them.
