Description: RECOGNIZING the Nazi ideology as one of hate,

ASSERTING that any region condoning and encouraging such beliefs is a danger to a large range of minorities and cultures,

FURTHER ASSERTING that it is our responsibility to discourage this kind of intolerance,

HOPING that an official condemnation from the World Assembly will discourage people from listening to or believing any messages of hate or intolerance from this region,

the World Assembly hereby condemns the region of NAZI EUROPE.

EDIT: I have decided to stick with my original Decision. Even if they will use it as a "badge of honor" or whatever, at ;east they will know that the majority of people in the world differ from their beleifs. They are entitled to have their own region and beleive in what they wish, however I still feel that their region should be condemned.

I may not like Nazis, but they're well within their limits by having their own region(s). NAZI EUROPE may also use the condemnation as a badge of pride of sorts or a publicity stunt (considering that the delegate of said region is voting for this resolution, that just may be the case). There are also no examples of any specific acts of wrongdoing that has occured in NationStates mentioned in the resolution.

actually, i took a look at the region's message board and you guys are absolutely right. They are using it as adverse publicity. Even their own delegate voted for the resolution.

Either way though, beneficial to them or not, being openly Nazi is still offensive and a region like that completely goes against the rules of the game. The way i see it, if we can't use a swastika as our flags, a NAZI EUROPE region shouldnt be aloud to exist either. FOR

This is outrageous. I cannot stand fascist scum, but we cannot ban them from WA it is wrong. All people's deserve a voice, no matter how corrupt. Vote no on this ban!

Meldaria...we actually have a section Titled "World Assembly Voting" where our region votes as a whole, and whatever side wins the region votes that way. The thread is titled the same as whats up for vote "Condemn NAZI EUROPE" or something close to that.

You should check it out and place this post there, just to let you know for the future...
