As part of the Minister of Immigration's job, he/she is responsible for welcoming all the nations that choose Hyrule as their region. If, however, you have the time and would like to further assist the MoI, then please send a "Welcome Telegram" to any nation that enters or re-enters Hyrule.
Once you send the "Welcome Telegram" to a nation, post that nations name along with any other nations you also sent the "Welcome Telegram" to in this thread via a new post, every time you send out the "Welcome Telegram"
For example, If Ness Snorlaxia and South Malaysia just entered Hyrule from the region of "The South Pacific" I would send each nation (Ness Snorlaxia and South Malaysia) a "Welcome Telegram" and then state:
