I don't ever remember activity being particularly high, but a handful of people that want to get things moving will definitely put some life into this place.

I remember when it was high. Maybe because I've just been in NS -- in general -- for 8 years this May. o.o 8 in TEP and 7 here in Hyrule. eeek. -.-
