I have to decided to resume WA voting.
They have new features for anyone that isn't a member of the WA (but you can still vote as a region).
The Security Council Resolutions:
Commend - For those wonderfully skilled members or regions.
Condemn - For them people and regions that are up to no good.
Liberate - To help a fellow region out, that has been conquered, and needs password protectedness removed.
Anyways, starts next thing up for vote.
